This weekend was spent tasting wines and exploring Traverse City. Such a cute city with lots to do- I can't believe it was my first time visiting! We had so much fun visiting all the different wineries and learning the process to making wine. Can't wait to share the bottles I brought back! More pictures to come soon...

Rain, Rain Go Away!

Contrary to this post title I actually do enjoy a good rain storm from time to time. In fact, falling asleep to thunder is my preferred method of sleeping. With the right rain gear (aka cute rain boots + umbrella) a summertime storm isn't always a nuisance...unless of course there was a beach day in the works!

Daydreaming of heading over to J.Crew or my mecca Nordstrom to do some serious damage...

Front doors are the first impression your house makes on a guest. They should have character & charm with a fun coat of paint, stylish door knocker and {of course} topiaries on either side. Do you like the idea of a colorful front door? What color would you choose for your home?

Loving these paint colors. The beige paint dabs above would make a cute framed picture.
