The newest trend I'm referring to is not the hideous haircut, but the high-low skirts & dresses that I'm seeing everywhere from the runway to the streets. I recently bought a dress of this style and I am on the hunt for more. They are great transition pieces than can be dressed up or down, plus they give you the best of both worlds- combining a mini & a maxi!
